Paleo Banana Oatmeal
Ingredients:
- 1/4 Cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/4 Cup coconut milk
- 1 ripe banana
Directions:
- Wisk together coconut flakes and milk in small sauceman
- Smash banana into the sauce man
- mix together until hot
I topped mine off with some honey and cinnamon, but of course this can be flavored in the same way as any oatmeal! Consensus WAY better than regular oatmeal! I loved the texture, and my two year old gobbled it up. She had to go potty during breakfast and insisted on taking it with!
