I wanted a more traditional lunch today. Like a sandwich. With a fresh batch of hard boiled eggs in the refrigerator I decided what's better than an egg salad sandwich.. ugh... wrap.
Egg Salad
Ingredients: 2 Hard boiled eggs, chopped 1/4 avocado, cubed 2 Tablespoons paleo mayo 2 slices crispy bacon 1 lettuce leaf Directions: Mix egg, avocado, mayo and bacon together Put mixture on a lettuce leaf Roll up and enjoy!
